Hey Guys, sorry for the lack of updates lately, so i’m purely going to dribble a lot of shit right here to get everybody up to speed. Metal Murder 3D began production right after the release of “Teddy Vs. KC” in May 2011 slowly, by collecting instrumentals etc. Then was put on hold during the making of my side project “Rectal Birth – The Nothing” which completed in March 2012. I then went back to work on MM3D through out the year, recording tracks and negotiating collaborations until around July 2012 which is when the project went through Development Hell, a complete stand still of nothingness due to alot of personal issues in my life which froze my ability to live, work or do anything. This is the first time I have ever paused the production of one of my projects. I really do not wish to go into detail of my personal issues but long story short, a lot of changes happened and it was hard for me to want to do anything except sleep for a few months to get away from everything. Like Lestat The Vampire, i’ve slept so long and now I’m back out for BLOOD.
As I resumed working on the project in February 2013, I worked with Strongman Pictures on a short-movie-music-video for MM3D which has a working title of “Alice In Zombieland“, which features a track I wrote called “Directors Cut“. This was filmed in a zombie roleplaying factory in Melbourne. That’s a wrap, I’ve then continued to work on the music for MM3D and also multi-tasking working on the musical score for a film by Strongman Pictures called “From Parts Unknown: Fight Like A Girl“. The first time i’ve ever scored a film, Feel like a little Danny Elfman!
May 2013, I flew back to Melbourne to shoot a video for the main single on MM3D, which is titled “Heavily Medicated”. The video is pretty much complete but I’m going to sit on both of these videos until the album is ready, which is still don’t have a release date on, as I do not wish to rush this project. The album is so close to done but I want it all to be done before I can say when its going to drop, I know I should have really hid all this from you all until its ready to release, but I love to hype way in advance, because I love to celebrate the era of the making of my projects as much as I can and I just love to show the progress as well. You all know it will be worth the wait so keep grinding your teeth because i’m about to blow your brains out and feed them to the zombies tied up in my bedroom!
I can tell you this, The album and the music videos will be ready before the end of the year…. but are you ready?
